Dynamic Net, Inc. contracts We Manage Servers to provide a variety of optional managed services for your dedicated server for a reasonable fee.

Those optional managed services include the following:

Enterprise Network Monitoring

Enterprise Network Monitoring provides you with the comfort of knowing your servers and equipment is being monitored automatically 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 60 second intervals.

Our technicians are notified immediately when a problem occurs; and depending on the service level agreement you purchase, respond within 15 minutes or less.  Our system administrators are notified if that problem persists beyond a reasonable time frame (automatically).

Database Administration

Our database administrators will administrate and manage your client server database.  Our staff is experienced in managing Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and mySQL.

Security Update Service

Sixty security patches, on the average, are released each month by Microsoft , RedHat, Sun, and others.

The security update service makes sure your dedicated server has the most up to date security fixes.

Managed Firewalls

We can install Bastille for Linux on our Linux servers, IP Filter for our Sun servers, and set up IP filtering for the Windows servers for you and manage these software-based firewalls.  Please contact our sales team if you require a hardware based solution.

Server Management

Day to day server management includes generating digital ID CSR’s, setting up new sites, updating software, and more.

Server Software Installation
